WASH

Detangle before washing. Cleanse gently in a downward motion without rubbing or twisting.

Use a clarifying shampoo when product build-up needs removing, then restore moisture with a hydrating conditioner.

CONDITION

Deep-condition regularly to keep the hair soft and manageable. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air-dry where possible.

HEAT

Our hair is professionally coloured, so use lower temperatures and always apply heat protectant before styling.

DAILY CARE

• Detangle gently, starting from the ends
• Avoid excessive heat
• Keep the hair moisturised
• Protect it while sleeping

WHAT IS A COMPLETE HAIR SET?

A Complete Hair Set includes professionally pre-coloured human hair bundles and a matching HD lace closure.

IS IT A READY-MADE WIG?

No. It is a bundle and closure set intended for installation. Professional installation is recommended.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on average. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the destination and delivery service.

DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?

Yes. Casa Cabello delivers throughout the UK and internationally. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

For hygiene reasons, hair that has been removed from its hygiene seal, worn, installed, altered or used cannot be returned.

If you receive an incorrect item or closure, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve it.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

CAN I USE HEAT ON THE HAIR?

Yes, but use a lower temperature and heat protectant. Excessive heat can dry the hair and affect professionally applied colour.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DEEP-CONDITION IT?

Deep-condition whenever the hair begins to feel dry or after washing with shampoo. How often you need to do this depends on styling, product use and exposure to heat.

WILL THE COLOUR FADE?

No colour fading occurs as these colours are professionally lifted 1B from Raw Hair, Gentle washing, deep conditioning and lower styling temperatures will help preserve the finish.

CAN I COLOUR THE HAIR AGAIN?

Additional colouring can change the shade and condition of the hair. Please consult an experienced colourist before applying any further colour.
